Polenta??

So I acquired polenta recently from a friend, and have never cooked it before. I found a recipe that looks interesting: 

Broiled Polenta with Peppers

Its basically just that, along with some herbs and balsamic vinegar, so we'll see how that goes!

Why When It Rains, It Pours.

First of all, I mean that literally and figuratively. I have been in VA for 6 days, and it has rained every single one of those days. Presently, it is not only pouring, but thundering and lightning too. In the less direct sense of the saying, a lot is going on. My road trip to New Jersey is off due to my mom's car blowing a fuse every time you tap the brake. I can still go to New York, but I have to tell all my grandparents that, just kidding, I'm not coming to visit. I'm not looking forward to that. Eff bad things coming in threes, my bad things just keep on coming and coming and don't stop, mostly in the form of me repelling technology and breaking cars. FYI, fuel injectors are expensive little bastards, and renting a car to go one way is not something I advise trying to figure out at midnight the night before you want to leave. Just saying. Hopefully I will have a bright side to all this to share with you, but for now, I leave you in rainy, wet, muddy darkness. Sorry.
